For this short week at Stillwell, being surrounded by other talented scholars I experienced that I have to go for what I want in life no matter what and no matter who I have to go through. Life is short so we should take it as it is and make the best of it while it last While learning, Mr. Lewis guided me to not give up so easily when things get tough. Keep it moving and keep trying until you accomplish what needs to be done. I thank the principal and teachers for accepting me and not judging me or anything. Being in this school will be a different and fun experience, and I can promise myself that it will come with many opportunities. For the rest of my life, I will strive for the best and reflect on the good in every bad scenario without being sad or depressed. Instead of bringing each other down we should left each other up so we can be young black successful people. I pray not to be another statistic, as many are expecting. Even with all of this work that you teachers gave us, even though school really didn't start yet, thanks for believing we can get it done in a short amount of time. And that is my reflection for this week! :)
